Solid product, but uneven heat

Have had the Char Broil Performance model 463366022 4-burner stove for 2 years now. Originally purchased 12/15/2022. Has performed very well but for one problem. There is significant gas leakage where the carryover tubes join with the burners, resulting in significant flame ups. The heat from the flames at the junction of the tubes and the burners prevents cooking in these areas, which is the front of the grill. If I could post a photo, I would do so. Other than at these points, the burners have even, and consistent heat. I still highly recommend these grills as I have had several over the years. I sold them when we have moved instead of moving them.

Temperature control inconsistent. Sometimes 250F then next day 450F,
Today could not cook the upper rack, because couldn't get the Temperature above 275F.
