Burner knobs are dangerous!!!

Just used the new grill for the first time and the burner knobs got so hot that I blistered my fingers when I went to adjust the temperature. Not sure if this is a known issue or not but make sure to use an oven mitt or hotpad!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not up to the quality of previous char broil grills. 375 degrees, tops, handle gets hot, small for 4 burner, no side panel. Outrageous assembly.

the igniter starts clicking as soon as try screwing the top over the battery won't stop

It is good but with a flaw

Got it for a gift. For a gas grill it is good. Wont ever do it again but even smoked a turkey on it. It heats quickly, not evenly, much hotter towards the front. Main problem is when there are flame ups when drippings drop on the flames there is no way to cut off the air to put them out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This one has a more sturdy warming rack but since it is stationary it gets in the way of anything on back of grill you are trying to flip over. Makes it difficult if you have a pretty full grill of burgers or chicken. Also, after 2 uses the electronic igniter failed. Clicked on replace part on warranty (or whatever it said) and it goes to a "opps can't find that page." Had to buy a replacement igniter, easy enough fix but really, used it twice. Also, keep an eye on the grease drip pan, fills up rather quickly depending on what you're grilling.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Piece of garbage

Pure garbage and now I have to replace the hose and the part is impossible to find. I'll never buy another Char-broil.

Grill grates and covers for flame tube's are small

I don't care for it. The grill grates are too small from front to back and move all over the place when trying to clean with a brush. The V shields that cover the flames are too small and keep falling down inside. I'll be selling this and buying something better no matter how much more it is.
