Will not sear meat

Does not become hot enough to sear meat. After a few years, the grills have severely coroded and pieces of rust end up on our steaks.

Piece of Junk

Been grilling for over 40 years. Was recommended by a friend. Assembly was easy, grill had very little weight to it for it's size (cheap). Used grill ~2 times per week. Igniter died after ~2 months (it was not the battery, button failed). Impossible to get uniform temperature due to burner setup. Too many hot and cold spots on grilling areas. The gas feed runs along the front of grilling area and results in heating up your arms, can get pretty hot when you are flipping items on the rear part of grill. Warming rack, in back part of grill area sits to low and makes it very difficult to flip steaks, chicken or anything bigger than a hotdog. I removed the warming tray. Grill is so light that I have to secure the grill with one foot while cleaning grates so that it will not slide around on my deck. Got so frustrated that I stopped using it and bought a another grill after 5 months of use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible grill

Heats unevenly. The last model of the 5 burner was way better. This one is absolutely impossible to put together without messing something up

I bought this grill to replace a larger 6 burner that has served well for 8 years. This grill is well built and by adding a couple of things like pizza stone and grill mats this grill is extremely versitale. The side burner also allows me to do BBQ sauce or saute while doing fajitas. The temperature range is good and can get to 500 degrees quickly if needed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

terrible performance. flare ups, uneven cooking and clogged gas line problems. I set it at the curb after two seasons and bought a Weber.

WHAT A PIECE OF Sh!+

I had a 20 year old Char Broil and it worked great. I recently bought a new one and what a piece of sh&t. FLAMES UP TERRIBLE , the grates are too small so food falls between them and they slam around when ur trying to brush them. Pretty typical, something works great and the engineers need work so they screw with it until they F it up. Real pretty LED lighted knobs, unfortunately if sucks at cooking food!!!! Great job engineers, maybe try using it before rollin it out. Just wasted a nice ribeye!!
