Poor service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife elected to have this unit installed in our new home upon construction. It was installed and the unit was damage before arrival. Does not fit well, bottom door is bent on the frame and there is frosting due to leakage in the box. Looks horrible; tech has come out and reported what I just have said. To date after 5 months no replacement very little follow up. All of our kitchen was Kitchen Aid appliances at installation. I won't make that mistake again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Refridgerator, BAD LED LIGHTING.
on November 11, 2022

from Lagrange, GA.
Refridgerator 2-1/2yrs old. All ready replaced 4 lights. And they are not cheap. Worst design ever, they are run in a series, so that if one goes out, 4 lights go out. Nobody would ever set up lighting in a series except Kitchenaid. With this lighting setup, Kitchenaid should repair for free lifetime of Refridgerator.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

UPGRADE FROM 25 YEAR OLD BUILTIN
on August 15, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quiet, works great, keeps temperature as set. This was an upgrade from a Kitchenaid 25 years old-a 'builtin.'
Fits like a glove. All dimensions were exactly as stated. Lighting is cool as well and many compartments for various types of refrigerated goods.

Good looking exterior- cheap int & ice mkr
on December 15, 2024

from Denver CO
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this for 6 weeks.
The interior drawers are made of cheap thin plastic and faux aluminum. The ice maker only prod 56 small cubes a day per KitchenAid. I’ve had nothing but issues w it. It can be half empty and the ice maker arm in place and still won’t produce ice. But something else.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
