Unreliable?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a factory replacement for the same model which failed multiple times the first year until FINALLY you gave up trying to fix it. All told, we were without a working fridge for about 3 weeks. Ask me in a couple years if this one is any good. I understand the occasional lemon but your delay in replacing it was unforgivable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice ... but ice maker driving me crazy

Have had this refrigerator for about 3 years now. Overall we like it. It was considerably less expensive than a SubZero or Viking but had the features & look we were looking for. Not crazy about the lighting as it seems to shut off too soon when closing the door; I don't know if there is an adjustment for this ...but we can live with it. The issue with the ice maker is the swing arm and plastic flapper that raises and lowers with the wire arm. When the unit fills with ice, it ends up knocking off the plastic piece. It happens probably 2x/month. I don't know if there is a fix for this but it is a hassle to reinstall. The ice drawer itself somewhat cumbersome to remove & reinstall also.

Worst experience ever. DO NOT PURCHASE KITCHEN AID

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for my new build home. The door is visibly crooked by 1/2" . Had service call and tech said it is definitely defective and can NOT be repaired. Called Kitchen Aid and they said that they can see from the technicians photos that it is definitely crooked but after review it was considered an acceptable variance so too bad. If I don't want it I should sell it on Facebook marketplace. I also purchased the 5 year extended warrenty. A lot of good that did me. They wont stand behind their product even when it is brand new abd just installed. Worst experience ever. Do NOT purchase anything from them, if you do once they get your money they don't care!!!!!!!!

I bought this refrigerator just over a year ago. It is quiet, keeps the temp very well and looks great. The platinum interior is a really nice design touch.
Only drawbacks are the drawers in the fridge section - they feel kind of cheap and flimsy for the price of this appliance. Also, the freezer is really cramped - most of the space is allocated to the fridge.

Counter depth with more space inside

I've had this refrigerator for over a year and am so happy with my choice. The single door gives more room on the door shelves than the french door model. Quiet, efficient, lots of ice for our family. Well lit interior and highly adjustable shelves very helpful. I get many compliments.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the stainless steel finish, LED lighting and how fast it cools down...easy to install yourself...only con that I have is I wish you could see the temperature that it is inside the refrigerator and not the temperature you set it at.
