[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not quite sure if this is going to be a fair assessment of this product because we have been waiting patiently since September 2020 for a replacement refrigerator. A replacement was necessary because the interior of the box isn’t square. The replacement was originally quoted as coming in two weeks. It is now February 28, 2021 and there is no replacement refrigerator in sight. Additionally, the two top shelf lights are already burned out, and the filter needs to be changed. Lastly, the ice cubes are generic, awful half moons that get stuck on the side of a glass - I expect a lot more from a refrigerator in this price range.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst experience ever. DO NOT PURCHASE KITCHEN AID

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for my new build home. The door is visibly crooked by 1/2" . Had service call and tech said it is definitely defective and can NOT be repaired. Called Kitchen Aid and they said that they can see from the technicians photos that it is definitely crooked but after review it was considered an acceptable variance so too bad. If I don't want it I should sell it on Facebook marketplace. I also purchased the 5 year extended warrenty. A lot of good that did me. They wont stand behind their product even when it is brand new abd just installed. Worst experience ever. Do NOT purchase anything from them, if you do once they get your money they don't care!!!!!!!!

Really like the freezer!

The fridge part seems much smaller than my prior fridge (same brand but older model) yet the freezer part is much better designed and functional. I'm adjusting to the odd LED lights.

Very Spacious

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this installed a couple weeks ago. It replaced a 16 yr old GE Monogram which had given us nothing but trouble for a long time. I quizzed various repairmen and they all recommend KitchenAid. I went with the single door bottom freezer and so far I am so happy. There is so much more space than our old 36 inch side by side, the interior is beautiful and well thought out and, aside from hearing the ice maker occasionally, it is extremely quiet.

Impressive Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased to replace a 20 year old counter depth unit and we are quite happy. I would say that it seems very modern and well made. We would like to see a simple on off switch for ice maker. We like the split shelving giving the option to customize the space well. Perhaps a simple suggestion would be helpful for initial set-up.
