Leak in the coolant system

We bought this fridge 6.5 yrs ago and have had various small problems (squeaky door hinges, doors not sealing shut, led lights stop working) since the beginning until about a month ago when the freezer stopped working followed by the fridge a week later. The diagnosis is a leak in the coolant system and we have been told that this part is not replaceable and our fridge is totaled.
The coolant system is under warranty however this model does not offer a replacement part and our request for a replacement fridge has not been approved, but rather 25% off a new fridge…is this reasonable?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 4 years of ownership one by one all the interior lights have gone dark. Replacing them has be FUN. But why would the manufacturer allow this to happen?? It is a nuisance.
I have had my refrigerator for less than a year and a couple of bins have broken. And that is not the worst part but I can't find replacement parts. It disappointing what I have spent on this refrigerator and can't find these parts have only owned it for 8 months
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Kitchen Aid refrigerator and even though I never saw a floor sample, I'm very impressed with the new design. Unlike my first one, the motor of the new fridge is hardly audible. The interior lighting is another power saving feature, the lights turn from dim to bright. The shelving and door built out give plenty of space as well as the freezer section.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
