Looks Good but No Support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the fridge to replace the same fridge but older model.The unit had an odour to it and the ice smelled so bad you could not use it.We tried contacting Kitchenaid and it was impossible to speak to anyone.My wife was on hold for 62 mins. and then promptly cut off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Holds temperatures very good. Quiet operation. Easy access to water filter. Only issue is ice compartment overflows sometimes. I would reccomend this.

Everything works and it looks good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator seems well built and everything works. Lots of flexibility in terms of shelving. It is very quiet which is a big plus. Even when the compressors are on it is virtually silent. Ice-maker is a bit loud but productive. No idea about durability yet as it is a week old. The only complaint is there is no way to adjust when the interior lights go on. The door needs to be completely open before you can see inside. It would be nice if there was a setting for that. 5K cheaper than a Sub-Zero which is also a big plus.
