I bought this microwave last November because we were remodeling our kitchen. Love it! Just the right size for larger platters and the convection feature really helps.

hard to figure out

I bought this to replace my old convection/microwave combo oven and I cant get the convection to cook properly. There are no clear directions. There is no detailed manual to explain when to use the rack, when to use the little round thing, etc. I have had no luck using this oven and would like some instructions. For example, when I put in the rack and try to cook convection mode, chicken breasts, they do not brown and just dry out. Any advice, consultation would be much appreciated. Have tried calling Whirlpool Help line, no joy. All they can do is repeat the minimal instructions on the card and they are not sure what they mean either.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Microwave-Convection Oven

We bought this because it is a Whirlpool product. We have had a microwave-convection oven before and love the convenience of the convection oven. However, the fan is noisy!

Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Miicrwave stopped working and we checked manual to problem solve. Internal filters need to be changed every DJ months as per manual.this requires unscrewing a plastic vent which is very flimsy at the screw site and broke first time we change the filter
Now we get open and close door message requiring me you unplug and reset which sometimes works
Very frustrating and for the more than 200 repair cost we will need to replace this unit.it’s less than. 3 years old
