A great appliance overall.

This convection oven microwave has met my expectations and then some. Intuitive controls and mainly easy to use. Convection oven instructions are minimal and should be more fully explained.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought it a month ago, the best microwave I've owned. Looks great, cooks great and the bonus is it's really quiet. Love it!

My wife hates this microwave!

Bought this microwave to replace an 11 year old Whirlpool combination range hood and microwave. I thought that it would do so much more having the convection feature . I'm not the one that uses this appliance all the time but I'm the one that chose to purchase it and now I'm the one that catches all of the grief when she uses it . Her complaints are as follows:It's noisy, it cooks slower, it doesn't vent the steam out of the interior while microwaving, the light that illuminates the cook top is inadequate only a single bulb, no documentation for the use of the convection feature. Every time she uses this unit, she reminds me that we could have saved money and gotten the same microwave less the convection feature. Wish there was some wayI could swap it.

Nothing more than an over priced, extremely noisy, microwave. The convection is not at all what was promised to be. Very disappointed.

We purchased this for our new home and I had no idea the many different things you could use it for-not just a microwave, it is awesome all the way around from softening butter to baking

Tough to beat this one

We replaced all of our eleven year old kitchen appliances roughly a month ago simply because we wanted to. We chose to go back with Whirlpool products, choosing this microwave because of the door design, plus the fact that it is TRUE CONVECTION. This is a feature my wife felt we did not necessarily need because we also purchased a range with true convection. However, it is not unusual at all to see my wife using the convection feature of our microwave. Last evening she fixed some biscuits using this feature and I honestly could not tell the difference between baking them in the microwave over fixing them in the range oven. We love the design of the door and placement of the electronic readouts and touch pads. Being a retired service technician, I was sold on this feature once I discovered the electronic boards are not in the door, located above the heat from the range. We love this microwave, and have sold a friend on it as well. Theirs was delivered earlier this week.
