Pleasantly surprised. My wife had an otter box for her iphone. It was clunky and fell apart and was not waterproof. When searching for a WATERPROOF case for my Samsung 5s I went to lifecase first and saw reviews that the audio did not come through well. I tried otter box and found that is was advertised as WATERPROOF and that the sound and access to headphone jack was easy. I took a chance. The case I recieved was smoother, not as clunky, and seemed sturdier than the previous otter box. I am VERY happy with the case. BUT, I only gave it 4 stars because I have not tested in in real life water situation (yes I tested it without the phone and it did well. But, I haven't gotten the courage to take it kayaking with me yet). When I get my first real life kayaking or rafting test, if it passes I will upgrade to 5stars. If it doesn't....:-(
Pros: High quality, Durable, slim enought to fit in my pocket easily
Cons: not sure if it is really waterproof

it is a good product; the only problems i have is when it falls from the table or the bed it pops open and when you open the slot to plug in your phone to charge it the piece falls off. once it has fallen off a few times it looses its tightness. hope they can improve it from poping open. i would recomend a normal otterbox case.

Just a lot of thank you, thank you, thank you! Samsung Preserver Galaxy S5 GLACIER hasn't just given me peace of mind but it gives me all the protection I need for my phone. The waterproofing feature is fantastic, you just never know what the weather or every day living will hand out to you. The case also makes it so much easier to hold onto, but being the preserver series if I do happen to drop it, I know it will be protected.
So I won't be using the oops! Thanks again great product!

The case was fine,until I started taking pictures. What a disappointment the pictures came truly hazed ,foggy,gave the case away.guess they will need a camera.

THe otterbox case is sturdy and easy enough to put the phone into.
But when my phone is in its case, my headphones can't make adequate contact with the headphone jack to work. Also, I can't get the tab covering the charging port on my phone open without taking the cover off my phone. I have resorted to leaving the samsung charge port cover open, instead of taking my phone out of the otterbox case every time I want to charge it.
Pros: Durable
Cons: inhibits access to charging port, inhibits access to headphone jack
