The Software is Not as good as the tablet

My Samsung tab s 8.4 WiFi 16gb version is just a great tablet! I like the things a can do with it, vs an ipad.
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: non anti-glare display

Tab S perfect for home use

Got the bronze Tab S a month ago and it's been a joy using it. I mostly use it for Web browsing and Netflix watching. Beautiful display and it's so thin. Good build quality and feels solid.
Pros: Bright display

I've had my Galaxy Tab S 8.4 since September of 2014 and I couldn't be happier with it. Not only is the processor fast and the camera great, but the battery life is amazing! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great tablet.
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, great size

This Tablet is everything I hoped for and more!!!!!!!!!

When this tablet first came out, it was my dream tablet. I guess i could say my dream came true. When i brought the tablet, it was quick to learn. The features are great, and the camera is impeccable. I love kids mode, and the feel of the tablet is very light, yet the back has grips, so it is very comfortable in your hands. I have the 8.4 inch, so the screen is just right. I use my tablet for almost everything, from taking pictures to watching movies to completing school assignments. This tablet is capable of handling anything i throw at it. Shopping online is easy on it and, of course, the play store has more than enough apps for me. The only thing i wish was improved was the updated android os system, as well as a little more space. i have the 16gb, but for someone like me who loves to download music, the 32gb would be ideal. However, this problem was quickly remedied by purchasing a sd card. Other than those minor personal preferences, my galaxy tablet is one of the greatest i've ever seen and i would recommend it to anyone.

A Good Android Tablet! (Review after a year of using)

Most Android tablets are basically larger phones with scaled-up interfaces, making for a more difficult and frankly unpleasant user experience. Samsung has done a good job making this tablet actually feel like a tablet, with apps and menus customized for a larger screen. The screen is very nice, it can get very bright and can play 1440p (Quad HD) video with no problem. Dual speakers are also a nice touch. It performs well in day-to-day tasks, such as email, social media, youtube etc. with ease. Web browsing is generally OK, but websites with more content may take a bit longer to load and lag a bit. Occasionally, the tablet will glitch out a little when switching, opening, or closing apps. Sometimes there is a delay in the screen coming on from sleep. Lights for touch buttons may stay on after the screen turns off. The fingerprint scanner is a hit or miss, your hands have to be perfectly clean in order for it to work. It recognizes your fingerprint about 80% of the time. The build quality could be a bit better, the gold plastic bezel feels a little cheap and home button wobbles in place. Should not be like that on a flagship tablet. Overall, it was a good buy and is much better than other tablets.

Cons: build quality not on par with price, occasional lag

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS TABLET

I love this tablet, it is the best tablet I've ever owned in my entire life. My brother-in-law works for a competitor aND has given us some of their "top of the line" stuff but it doesn't even come close (not that I ever questioned that. My fiance went through a phase chasing every other brand but Samsung and it's always been a waste of money. Now all we own are Samsung products!!! And this tablet is literally the best thing I've ever owned!!! Durable, beautiful display, runs perfect, no issues at all. Runs like a beast!!!
