Amazing tablet. One of the best on the market. I like the size, seems to be perfect fit. Battery life is excellent for casual/all day use. Gaming seems to wear down the battery pretty quick. Can stream Netflix for hours on end without issue. Provides excellent sound. Loud and crisp. Awesome display! Very bright colors and dark blacks. Great for note taking and surfing the Web. Overall, great tablet.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Lightweight, great battery life

I am a "Tablet Geek"!
I have Seven Tablets - five on my Coffee Table and Two on my Dining Table. One of which is unopened .
I've been Rooting Tablets for several years, beginning with a Color Reader which is now running Android Lollipop.
There is NO reason to root my Tab S 8.4 as the Tablet Rates a 10 in every category imaginable !
I Simply Love, Love, Love it !
Again Samsung has Hit one out of the ballpark !

I previously had the original Samsung Galaxy 10.1 and I had it for several years. I knew it was time to replace it, but I wanted something a little smaller and lighter. This fits the bill perfectly. It's so easy to use and fun to use it's hard to put it down!
