I bought this cooktop during my kitchen remodel and heard great things about inductions heating. Many of the. Are true. The only frustrating part is having to get all new pots and I am still looking for a griddle that is flat enough for the left bridge burners. It does heat up very fast and the surface cleans beautifully!
