I love my new induction cooktop. It took only a very short time learning the techniques of using it, since I didn't even bother to read the manual thoroughly. I can always refer to the manual if needed, and someday when I have time, I just may do that. It is simple and easy enough to use without a lot of instruction. I believe my favorite thing at this time is the rapid boost heating. It makes preparing quick meals a "snap". A big thank you to my son that suggested I purchase an induction cooktop.

I love the way this cook top heats up so fast and allows me adjust the controls as needed for perfect sear/cook. The bridge feature is great for a large family breakfast that I can cook with a single cast iron enamel large flat grill pan. I use this product most days and have never had a "bad cook" so far. I love the cooktop. Things cook quickly and heat is easy to adjust. Only drawback is that even though this model has a bridge connecting the two medium sized burners, I cannot find an induction compatable pan to fit (specifically a double griddle - which I often used on my previous electric cooktop)
