I am disappointed in the quality of this item. This is a replacement. The first time I salted some eggs on this griddle, The stray salt made deep scratches in the nonstick surface. This is unacceptible.

Nice, heavy gauge aluminum with non stick finish. I had high hopes for this product after using the previous model like this for 10 years. However, less than a month in, it’s doing the same thing that my previous one did after years of hard use—warping on base after using on heat so it doesn’t sit completely level on my glass top stove. You can bend it back pretty well by applying pressure to handles over a counter edge to flatten it, but still…

We love our Cuisinart griddle! It heats evenly and cleans up so easily. Perfect for bacon and eggs, pancakes, French toast, grilled cheese and more!! I worried a griddle wouldn't work well with a glass top stove, but it's great!

The griddle slopes from the center down to the edges which the oil doesn’t stay centered when cooking. I love the oversized griddle area, but it is not flat. I have to constantly add oil or butter to fry because it pools to the edges immediately.
