Warps badly, straightens out when on high heat, but warps again as soon as you turn the heat down. I am usually a big fan of cuisenart products but this one is a real disappointment. Don’t waste your money.

This double griddle warps. I am so disappointed, as I purchased it knowing it was a good name product. I just re-ordered another all-clad double griddle to replace this one. The all clad griddles don't warp.

I've only had the griddle a month or so, but I've found what others have, that it warped upon first use. While the unit it solidly built and generously sized, it's 1" perimeter gutter effectively reduces the effective size down to the standard two-burner size, except that it doesn't fit centered over the burners due to the extra width. Including general warpage, it also bows upward when heated, to that even eggs call for some quick spatula technique to keep it out of the gutter. The depressed gutter also raises the surface above the burners on a glass-top stove. So on a gas stove, cooking hamburgers, it's probably just fine, but for everyday general use on a glass stove, not so much. The handles are a bit too tall, so that given the way double burners are typically set up (front to rear) you're reaching over the handle more than is necessary.

I had bought one some six years ago and it was wonderful. My wife still has it. It has aged very well. This one warped after the second use. Although it still somewhat works, it doesn’t distribute the heat evenly. Evidently the thickness is not the same as the old one.

Needs replacing too often. The non-stick aspect lasts only for 3-4 months before everything starts sticking again. It's way too expensive to be replacing it this often. This is the third one of these I've had and thought Cuisinart was a good brand. Don't buy this.

We ordered this griddle off of amazon after reading reviews like this. Anyway, we had a capholon one and it did well. We like the Cuisinart one for the even heating surface and it works well on glass top
