A Bit Noisy but the best refrigerator I have own

Although LG claims the linear compressor is quieter, I find it noisier than my previous units. The LED lighting is the best in the market, the refrigerator is wonderful. You can feel LG used better materials, even the door handles feel more substantial than other brands. The price is not cheap but competitive. Water and ice taste good and I prefer the smaller ice cubes this unit makes. Space is well divided and you can control the humidity level for fruits and vegetables. If you buy a lot of food that needs refrigeration, you should put this unit at the top of your short list.

Excellent refrigerator!

Love this refrigerator! It holds so much, with room for extra large platters & bowls, and is very bright inside (love the LED lights!). The sliding shelf makes life easy - can quickly create a taller space whenever I need it.
The ice maker is fast and makes cubes that are just the right size for drinks. The freezer nicely accommodates everything I want to put in there, with places for flat stuff as well as bulky items.
If I have anything approaching a complaint, it's that the unit is so very deep that I have to get assistance to reach items that migrate to the back of the top shelf (being on the short side myself...g).
Am so very glad we purchased this refrigerator! Thanks, LG!!

I love this refrigerator! It is so spacious. We put a large pizza box in it and it looked small! My vegetables and fruit stay fresh so much longer than they did in my old refrigerator. I have had it for a little over a month and have not found anything I don't like about it. Filtered water tastes so good and ice is clear and a great size.

Life Is Good with this refrigerator!

We love our new frig!!! My husband who has never noticed an appliance in our kitchen, says how much he likes it every time he opens the door. We have also amazed the neighbors with the interior lights, it is so beautiful inside.When I cook for a crowd I don't worry about space, there is always enough room for the food. Thanks LG!

This is a fantastic refrigerator. The very large capacity is wonderful and set up to be very versitile. It is really "State of the Art" and a pleasure to own.

Good product, but beware of door leaks.

Overall, the refrigerator is very good. Highly rated by a "consumer group" which I check before purchasing anything major. The ease of use and accessibility are big wins.
The only issue is the water reservoir in the left door for the water dispenser. Water was leaking out of the left door which houses the water dispenser and ice maker. The issue was NOT the ice maker, but a small reservoir in the bottom of the door. Warranty repair was painless and quick, but we are now having to call them out again as the second reservoir is again leaking.
It's a shame this one simple plastic part can't be made with any quality.

worse ice maker

ice keeps getting stuck. Even going on-line to find a solution it doesn't work. spent so much and this happens. My old frige was lower price lasted 10 years with no ice issues.
Pros: Performance
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
