The laber to install the part is have the price of the fridge. Thought i was getting new technology, but its junk. I will never buy LG again

Getting an appointment for the tech was pretty easy. Appointment was just 4 days away. The tech contacted me quickly and knew the problem and ordered the needed part.
The only drawback was the tech was overcommitted and had to delay for a few hours. Not a big thing.
The tech was knowledgeable and did the repair quickly and then made sure that all was ok
Would use this service again if needed.

Best Features at a Good Price.

We've had this refrigerator for only a few weeks now, but so far am very happy with me and my wife's decision. When shopping, we examined many models, not eliminating any because of high price, we just wanted the one that met our needs and had good reviews. We started looking at the higher priced refrigerators because they're 'supposed' to be so good. But, we saw none that had the features we were looking for and at a higher price.
We really liked, and bought, the LG MEGA-CAPACITY 3 DOOR FRENCH DOOR model LFX33975ST because it checked all our boxes: large capacity, counter depth, dual ice makers, etc., at a price better than the others. Praise to the engineers for a good design, producing large door shelves, vegetable drawers, freezer capacity, computer control, quiet operation, fast ice and water dispensing, et.al. Very happy thus far. If you're looking for a new refrigerator, be sure to give LG a look.

I can't believe that my compressor is gone out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this fridge because of the features and felt like LG was a good brand. I wish I had kept by other one ( that I gave to my daughter), its still running strong. Came home from vacation and the freezer was cool but not getting cold enough to freeze. Had a tech come out and determined that the compressor needed to be replaced. Purchased in late 2017 but the date of manufacture was in 2013! I guess it sat in a warehouse for that many years before I was stupid enough to fall for a water in the door feature, rather than a quality product that would last. If the full warranty (parts and labor), lasts for 5 years, there should be some grace for a product that is just out of warranty on a product that has had so many problems with the same issues. My tech said that there was a class action suit due to this very problem. I congratulate your engineers for dialing it in so closely, and designing a product that just outlasts the warranty. Kudos to them. LG should cover the labor cost on replacing this compressor, that's my whole issue with the unit. The parts are covered, just not the labor. I expect you to cover it also.
