Absolutely the Best

We purchased this product mid May. It is the best refrigerator I have ever had. What a pleasure to actually have "cubed" ice again, as opposed to the "moon" shaped ice. The ice crusher works like a dream. The fruit and vegetable bins are great and seem to keep said items for a longer period of time. With the wonderful bright lights, there is no chance of something being hidden out of sight. Of course, the deli drawer is large enough for big jellyroll pans. What a shame we didn't have something like this, when we had two children at home. Thanks to LG for such a wonderful appliance. Based on the quality of this product, will definitely consider LG, when we need other new appliances.

How did I survive without this?

I love this refrigerator. First of all, it is absolutely gorgeous! Second, the size of this is almost unbelievable. We went from a 12 year old GE side-by-side to this behemoth of an appliance. We moved everything from our overcrowded GE to this spacious model and our fridge now looks empty. The freezer is awesome too. We keep the extra ice tray full by dumping the ice bin into the tray, so we always have plenty of ice. The cubes are small squares (I know it sounds trivial) but they really are nice. Also, the ice comes out of the dispenser so smoothly. With our old freezer, the ice maker sounded like a dying car trying to start and it took forever to get a few cubes out!
NOTE: There is only one thing about this model that I didn't love, but I easily solved the problem. We didn't have enough space for all of our drinks - juices, water pitcher, etc. I removed a shelf which was easy enough and now we have more than enough room for the taller items.
This is probably my favorite purchase I have ever made for my kitchen!
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use

This product cause continuous malfunction

3 month after I purchase it, compressor was broken.
1 year later, ice maker broken.

Shouldn't a refrigerator operate more than a year?

Yes, but this one doesn't. Had this frig for 14 months and today I am throwing out my second freezer full of food. Once again it is so loud I can hear the fan running throughout my house and the freezer is not functioning. Freezer and frig stopped working earlier this year and it took more than a month to fix it. Now it appears I will have the same issue but this time I'll likely be stuck paying for the repairs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

SUPER DISAPPOINTED IN THIS FRIDGE. THE FRIDGE COMPRESSOR WENT BAD, IT HAS A COOLANT LEAK AND THE COMPUTER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. IT WAS SO EXPENSIVE TO REPAIR IT THAT I HAD TO PURCHASE A WHOLE NEW FRIDGE. I'M A SINGLE MOM. I CANT AFFORD ALL THIS NONSENSE.

before buying we looked at alot of reviews on a lot of brands . We are very happy with the choice we made and the ice seams to be plentyful unlike one review we read . W e would buy this product again.

Can't say enough great things about the 33 cubic foot french door refrigerator with bottom drawer freezer! Lighting in the front of the refrigerator keeps everything visible. Love, love, love the three individual veggie/fruit drawers and the large meat/deli drawer. Small compartments at bottom of refrigerator section is a great place for go-to snacks and cheeses. 3 drawer freezer keeps everything visible and easy to get at. Can't wait to purchase the double oven with smooth cook top later this year! Terrific product line from LG!!!!
