Easy installation and excellent performance

I installed the product myself and found the directions easy to follow and very complete. The washer provides superior cleaning service and is both quiet and efficient. great choice, not my first LG.

Simply Amazing!

We bought this and we have yet to find anything we don't like about it. The space is huge, even in the freezer, we were able to fit everything from our old side by side fridge into this new one and even quite a bit from our other freezer. We were a little concerned about the ice maker, but it holds up to our family of 5 well. It's very quiet, I dont even hear the linear compressor, all I hear are the fans. If you are looking for a new refrigerator and have any concerns about this one, don't this one is simply amazing!

love it. Only odd item is having to manually dump the ice from the ice maker into a bin. Ice does not happen as fast as prior fridge also.

This Refrigerator keeps everything fresh, has plenty of storage space, and runs quietly. It has easy to set controls, and easy to reach filter. It is everything I expected and then some. The water feature and Ice maker on the front door works perfectly giving you the choice of crushed or cubed Ice. I would recommend this refrigerator to my friends and family.

I've owned this fridge for approx. 3 months and absolutely love it. The only bad thing about this product is; since you have so much more storage capacity you (me) tend to buy more than you need. This has been the only problem I have currently experienced....... :) Thanks LG

love the frig HATE the icemachine

I fell in love with this frig when I saw it. Did a lot of research and decided to purchase. This is a great frig. Unfortunately, the ice machine is an absolute nightmare. Forget that it is small and you need to store extra ice. The real problem (and trust me it is a problem) the shoot freezes up daily or should I say multiple times a day. I can hear the chopper grinding away and wearing itself out but no ice! Jammed again. I have tried everything to remedy the situation. When it is not completely jammed it is simply backed up. That is relieved by sticking your fingers up the shoot and dislodging the ice. Sound like fun? I assure you it is not. How about ice spewing all over the floor because of a shoot backup. That is also delightful. The top drawer of the freezer frosts up (and so does the ice cream). There has to be a seal problem that is causing these moisture issues. I was assured that they had fixed the design flaw. WARNING: They have not! We have had the frig about two months and it has been an ongoing problem since day one. Everything else about this refrigerator is amazing (that is why I took the chance even with the negative reviews about the ice-maker). I hoped it was just a fluke. It's not. If you want to spend a lot of money on a beautiful refrigerator that has an extremely poorly designed ice maker then this is the machine for you.
Pros: dangerous ice machine
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
