Very high quality pans. We switched from non stick to stainless for health reasons. These are far heavier. We are slowly learning to cook with these. Very different experience. We are finding out that some food comes out much better ( grilled cheese)😋. Some are a challenge, like eggs. I'm sure we'll get there, just a warning it's a learning process.
