Used nothing but All-Clad for 35 years. As I aged however and despite enjoying excellent health and strength I discovered that the All-Clad handle design(s) no longer suited my shifting ability to grasp them. The handles are ALL to skinny/narrow. I had a few Cuisinart pans from France and realized with a combination of joy ( I cook ALOT) and relief that these French pans are now my every day/all the time cookware. I donated away all my All-Clad and wish now that earlier in my life I had known about French Classic!

This is very very nice cookware. It has a nice weight to it with even cooking. This set replaced another brand of cookware endorsed by a famous chef and this is far far superior. I especially like the metal lids (no glass lids to worry about breaking). I’m very pleased and highly recommend this Cuisinart French Classic cookware.

I have been looking for a Tri Ply Induction ready cookware set for sometime, The Cuisinart French Classic Range was one I quickly honed in on, they look good, the handles are comfortable and securely riveted to the pan, the lids are close fitting. Before purchasing the set I bought a 1 Qt saucepan so that I could evaluate it in my own kitchen, this was quickly followed by a gratin pan, and the results confirmed my initial interest in this French manufactured product. They are “Simply The Best”

I got this new set to use with our new induction cooktop. Love that they cook very evenly. When cooking scrambled eggs in the small pan they just slide out- no sticking to the pan. These pans are heavy so we're building muscles.

It is great. I love the pieces that come with it. The 4.5 qt. casserole style pot is my favorite. I really wanted this style of pot and couldn’t find it is any other set. I really feel good about the fact that they are produced in France rather than China. I followed the directions for frying eggs in stainless pans and it worked very well. I even set up a hanging rack on my wall to show them off.
