This is a beautiful set of pots and pans with high grade stainless steel. I have had so many pots and pans and this is my favorite set by far. You must keep the flame low with this set to not damage the integrity of stainless steel. They cook food up beautifully. And they clean up beautiful and if you are like me very particular about keeping your pots looking nice you can use Bar Keepers Friend cleaner to keep the pots nice. I highly recommend this set from Cuisinart!

Gorgeous set! I love the even heat distribution, they look high end and have a great weight to them. My only complaint is that they are a pain to clean. I realized when i made the purchase they would take a bit more work but over all these are a dream set!

Beautiful cookware set. We love it. I would encourage purchasers to read the pamphlet about how to cook in stainless. Especially when frying or sautéing foods.

Not only this cookware wonderful to cook with and easy to clean, it is life saving. I left my home to go to work, leaving my dog at home, with chicken cooking on the stove in my Cuisinart. I did not return home for 8 hours! The stove was on medium and the pan was dry. Although yellow smoke was all over my home, my dog was safe and the pan was not destroyed, and neither was my home or dog. It is amazing cookware. I wouldn't invest in anything else!

I really loved the French cookware, however it took me one loop to really learn that you don’t need high heat to cook with them. Medium to low heat it’s all you need as the conductivity of the set is really amazing. I can easily cook eggs without getting sticky and steaks, rice, skillets, pasta, everything !

I love my 10 Piece Cuisinart set. It's taking a while to get used to using them since I'd been using non-stick cookware for so long. I just have to remember a few things like heating the pans prior to cooking. They are so easy to clean, which was a huge surprise to me. I rate this cookware as high as ratings can go.
