I really like the hard anodized nonstick cookware. You cant go wrong with these. Great customer service. Had an old saute pan that was in bad shape. Called and they replaced it with no hassle. Will always buy Cuisinart cookware and other products from them

Even though this is a large pan it is light weight. The handle on the front of the pan make it safe for use with hot food, I.e., hot oil. I replaced all of my pans with hard anodized. I love that they are light weight, cook with little oil, and seal in moisture and flavor without burning the food. The flat bottoms and efficient heat conduction allow cooking on low temperatures. This is important for use on glass top stoves. The only drawback is that the handles on the lids get hot; however, the handles on the pan itself stay cool while cooking.
