I bought this pan a few months ago. It’s a great size. It has a glass cover which make it easy to see how my recipe is doing. And it’s oven ready as well. I still use my old frying pan sometimes but the NEW CUISINART PAN is much better. Very happy with my purchase. Also very easy to clean it.

I bought this pan several months ago and haven't regretted it. The non-stick coating works incredibly well and has thus far held up very well under near-daily usage (apart from a few small nicks in the coating right at the very edge of the rim which I'm pretty sure is damage that occurred from the pan get knocked into my faucet during washing.)
It heats quickly, and as best I can tell nice and evenly based on how closely my real-world cooking times match up with the times indicated in the recipes I'm following.

The pan arrived with a warped bottom. I have attempted to use the pan three times. The warp “grows” each time. This one is going back.

The surface is not totally flat. It is raised somewhat in the center, therefore, the rice I made was burnt and dry only in the center, the rest of the rice was totally fine.

We loved it the first time we used it it then it bowed on the bottom and doesn’t sit flat on the stove anymore. We have several Cuisinart products and have never had this happen. Very disappointed. The size is great but the quality just isn’t there

I bought this couple of months ago looking at tha reviews in amazon. But i felt that product is just ok but did not reach my expectations. Oil does not stay in the middle of the pan but flows to one corner and burns food easily. It is not serving my purpose 100%

This is a great pan! I use almost daily for all kinds of dishes. It heats evenly and allows for a variety of cooking methods. The only "challenge" is that it should not be put in the dishwasher.
