The bottom warped after one use. I got a replacement pan and hope this one doesn’t. So this may not be my final review depending on the other pan plays out. Hope it was a one time fluke.

This sauté pan was purchased to replace a Rachel Ray chicken fryer. Oh my goodness, I love this pan. I have made so many things in it and all came out great. This pan cleans up beautifully. I do put pan protectors inside when I’m storing it. The only thing I haven’t done is fry in it, we don’t eat fried foods.I bought the 3.5 qt sauté pan since I already had the 5 qt. (Which I also love).I’m so glad I purchased this sauté pan!
