Nothing Not to Like

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've almost had this fridge a month now and absolutely love it! The two separate fridge drawers make organizing so easy. Making a sandwich? Left drawer. Want some fruit? Right drawer. This separation also saves energy since you don't have to open the whole fridge space at once. In the large fridge area, you don't have to open both doors to open the drawers, there is one on left and one on right... another energy savings. The flow rate of the water dispenser is phenomenal and the water comes out ice cold. A feature that was important to my family was that you could open the other fridge door while someone else was using the water dispenser, with this fridge, you got it! Also, I would never buy another fridge if it didn't have the Measure Fill feature. You can place a pitcher on the fill shelf, set it for 5 cups, for example, and walk away while it fills! No patience necessary with this fridge. The lighting is awesome and the extra ice maker in the bottom is a great backup in case you need it. Otherwise, the area is used for freezer space. The ice maker on the top makes the perfect quantity to keep the rotation fresh and no freezer-burned ice. There is nothing not to like about this fridge, my whole family is happy and gives it the thumbs up as it fulfills all of our requirements! The only regret that I have is that I wish it was offered in black instead of just stainless steel!!

One of the nicest looking refrigerators I have ever seen and she loves it has a very high quality feel and everyone complements her on it !

Top Icemaker Doesn't Work!

We bought this Refrig back in Sept and the upper icemaker has NEVER worked! We've been thru 5 service calls, the last one which resulted in the mechanic yanking on the freezer door like his life depended on ripping it out (he was trying to replace the fan motor on the freezer compartment, which he managed to do after he broke the door track system) and the OWNER of the repair service was supposed to do the last service call himself just before Christmas and he just blew us off on that appointment - never showed and never called. Granted, the holidays and several health issues got in the way, but this has been dragging on for MONTHS!! My next move will be to see if either Whirlpool or the TN Dept of Consumer Affairs has a lemon policy/law. If possible I don't want this service company back in my home. I'm SICK of this!
