In LOVE with this fridge!

It's SO much better than my old side-by-side...no more frozen foods falling on me when I want something on the bottom! The produce drawer & "Select" drawer (the thaw zone option is such a great idea!) are so convenient makes it even more spacious and the freezer drawer with extra ice is great! I just can't say enough about it! Couldn't be happier with the overall design! Just hope it has no mechanical issues in the future!

After much discussion, we both decided on the Whirlpool 26 cu. ft with double drawers and dual icemakers. We could not be more thrilled with our choice. This fridge is exactly what we were looking for. It accommodates the busy, active lifestyles of two adults and two college students perfectly. We strive to be eat healthy and this is made easy with more room for fresh produce and a thaw drawer to ensure safe cooking at home.

Nice Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this several weeks ago to replace an 8 year old model that was lacking ice and water in the door. So far, I am extremely pleased with this refrigerator. It has plenty of room and the upgrades are amazing. I always have enough ice on hand with the dual ice makers and the measured fill option in the door is a wonderful surprise. It has easy self, closing drawers and I like the adjustable temperature in the left side drawer to meet various needs. There are so many great features, it's really hard to mention them all.The only negatives that I have found are: the oversized bins in the doors are so large that most items overturn every time you open and close the door, it took at least 15 gallons of water being run through the filter before the water and ice became clear, and the stainless is definitely not "smudge proof" like my last model.The positives far outweigh the few negatives and I would definitely purchase this model if I had it to do over again!

We have been happy with the layout of the fridge and the size. I like the ease of changing the filter, having 2 icemakers, the sliding shelf (for those incidental tall items) and the drawer in the freezer.Only 2 things I have noticed.1) When dispensing ice in the door, it is very loud. It is actually louder than my very old fridge. It makes ice quietly.2) When everyone is home, it has difficulty keeping up with our ice use.You have to get use to using the fast cool when adding food, or people are in & out a lot. It does make a difference.
