[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this fridge about a month and love it!!! The crushed ice feature is far better than any I've had prior. If I had to have one negative thing to say it would be that when getting ice it's a little loud but honestly that's just nitpicking. All around an awesome appliance!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator about a month ago and it's worked fine. The dual ice cube feature is nice (door dispenser and freezer). However, the unit was delivered with used drawers and one of them was cracked upon delivery. The installer didn't let me know, he just put it in the fridge, left and I found it a few minutes later. Tried calling but he didn't bother picking up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was worried I would loose storage on the door due to water/ice maker but shelves on right are large enough to make up for it. Absolutely love having the extra drawers for drinks and produce!

Almost too big

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago. It has all the space we need and then some. I love the multi-temp drawer it keeps our sodas the perfect temp and easily accessible. I also love how the two drawers have easy close built in. Too bad its not on the freezer drawer also. The ice maker is loud. We also had two of these delivered with small dents in the doors in the upper outside corners. We made them bring another and the same dents but not as noticeable. We chose to keep the 2nd for a $400 credit. Whirlpool needs to adjust how the package these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I noticed the second ice makers makes a grinding noise when it is filling and ejecting. Other than that I like the overall appearance and features. We are only 2 in this household so we turned off the second ice maker and use the bin for freezer storage. It's big and had to remove inner door to house and remove the storm door compression tubes to get it through the door and the tech removed all the doors on this item to get it in and we live in a 55+ community with 36" door width.
I would recommend this to a friend!
