Delivers what it is advertised to do and more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We went thru an extensive research process to evaluate and weigh the pros and cons of many units before we settled on the five door/dual ice maker Whirlpool. We even talked with appliance technicians we knew about what they had experienced during their regular service call activities. We actually bought a refrigerator from a different manufacturer and within less than twenty four hours went back to the store and canceled the order and bought the Whirlpool product based on some last minute research. We have had the unit about two months now and we are very glad we made the last minute change. Both ice makers are operating very well, and the various produce and meat drawers really make a lot of sense now that we have put them to use.I really like not having to open the upper unit doors to get something out of a produce storage area. It really does make a lot of sense to design the product the way it is and used. We really feel we couldn't have made a better choice.

Good refrigerator except move the wiring harness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had 2 delivered. First was damaged. However both have the wiring harness in the freezer dangling down. The first fridge it would get caught on the upper drawer and the ice maker. It is a design flaw. Both had frost develop in the freezer. I believe it is due to some leaking around the gasket that results from the unit not being installed properly. Otherwise we like the unit. My food is staying fresh like longer. It's quiet and I like the adjustable shelves. Overall a well thought design. Common sense assembly of the freezer doors and drawers. So simple and not over engineered.

Loving our new Fridge!

We baught this a month ago just before Thanksgiving and am so happy that we did. The space and design is Soooo much better than the KitchenAid we replaced. It's so much easier for kids to access and less messy now when they get their own water, apples and string cheese with compartments and drawers being so accessible. Thank you Whirlpool!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this right before the Holidays. The dual ice makers gave us all the ice we needed for a family of twenty. The room for all the leftovers was great. Also I wanted a freezer that you can see everything and this one is great.

Havent had a great experiance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the machine a couple of weeks ago. It worked great when I got it home and plugged it in. Everything was working fine; then the thing just up and quit. I ran through all the manufactures troubleshooting tips and nothing worked. I finally called Whirlpool and discussed the issue. They scheduled service for it but I had a week wait to get it looked at. My service is scheduled for tomorrow between 8 am and 4:30 pm to find out what the problem is. At this point I am disappointed in the machine. It does have some great features on it. Just hope it can be repaired. It was quite a chore to get it into the house.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

2 Icemakers 2 Drawers makes it nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doors wing too freely with no way to adjust stop. Upper drawer in the freezer sticks because of the Icemakers arm. The two small drawers self close and one can be temp adjusted for need. Pizza bin in freezer can only hold two large pizzas with room for a personal size possibly next to them. Lighting not as good as others. Shelves are set to close together to be functional even with reconfigs. Gallon door bin renders 2 upper bin pretty useless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
