Great so far...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this fridge about 2 weeks and love it so far. The only thing I would change is where the water spout position dispenses. If holding a water bottle, you have to make sure it's positioned just right. Other than that, it's pretty spacious.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the 1st bottom freezer refrigerator I've purchased and I wasn't sure but I am quite happy with it!
The only two things that bother me is it is not finger print resistant and the water dispenser is a little bit loud not awful but worth mentioning.
Overall love this refrigerator!!

Excellent refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge replace our old one from 2007! It is much bigger over all in physical size but is well worth it. Having the 2 ice makers has been amazing along with the indoor water.
The only thing that would make this fridge better would be a drip tray that has the ability to hold some water under the indoor water dispenser. Having small kids who don’t wait for the water to fully stop has been a learning curve. Over all very happy with the purchase so far one month in.

Very bad one

I bought this refrigerator in November 2016, in three and a half years, all the major part stopped working. After two years, ice maker valve broke, kitchen flooded, then after one year, middle door electronic panel stopped working. I got both replaced with an extended warranty. Then after 6 months, backside fan motor and the motherboard stopped working. Warranty company said it will cost more than the refrigerator cost to repair so they denied repair through the subcontractor. Less than four years, this product stopped working completely. Whirlpool contacted me once but afterwards no information from them. Sorry for them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice look good functionality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this fridge for a month now. We had an LG that died after 6 years so I wanted a US brand. The fridge size is good but the freezer needs to be bigger.
The through the door ice/water dispenser take a little getting use to, functionality is ok and the plastic feels less robust. I don’t like the delay in shutting off when a glass is pulled back, the water doesn’t stop right away. The water tube doesn’t spray a straight line, it can use a nozzle or some refinement on the outlet so it sprays straight.
I do like the two middle drawers but, I would trade that space for a larger freezer.
We chose this unit because it has the extra ice maker.
Would be nice if Whirlpool made a fridge about 28-29 cf with the same outer dimensions as this unit with a larger freezer and a second ice maker.

The only down sides are the water and ice maker that spit out water/ice after you pull out the cup and the easy close doors need an extra push. They don't normally close on their own. the other features are great
