Great at First Then Problems Galore

This refrigerator looks awesome! It worked great for a better part of 2 years (we did have to call warranty work in two times for the bottom ice maker not working), which Whirlpool did honor and fix. The issue we have now is that our water dispenser randomly stops even when not using measured fill. I really loved this refrigerator and am shocked at the number of complaints I've discovered when researching out issue.

Really like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One week,still getting it organised. Leaving a shelf out on door for taller bottles helps. A bit nosey, hope after a while it will settle down. Doors, and drawer fronts were removed to get in through six foot wide doors. Everything out of alignment now. Whirlpool wants service fee to align everything. Soft close doors now snap shut at a certain point. Overall we like it.

Icemaker broke in less than a month

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially excited to upgrade from the old fridge.-15 years of good service with no failures, still running strong in the garage, but in less than a month the icemaker on the new fridge stopped dispensing ice. Used the paper clip test from tech manual and it would not rotate. Setup an appointment through the online service. Two weeks later the techs come out to test and replace the icemaker but it will not fill so they order a new fill valve. Week and a half later second tech arrives with the new part but soon discovered it's the wrong part. Now another two weeks will pass before maybe it gets fixed.
Positives- measured water fill is nice but noticed there is a couple ounce variation in the fill, this maybe related to the valve issue too.
The selectable middle meat/vegetable/snack keepers are nice features.
The main frig snack keeper is a great feature too.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the 2 ice makers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator in 2015 and have really loved it except until about 2 months ago...the lights and ice/water dispenser stopped working. Repair men have had trouble fixing it. After the 4th attempt in fixing it should hopefully be ok!!?? Repair man has tried 2 different new computer panels and it hasn’t done the trick. If the 3rd try doesn’t work, then I think it’s a total lemon of a fridge. Only 4 years old
