Love this fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a side-by-side with this fridge and couldn’t be happier. It is a little larger than the old fridge, but that is the only drawback. Pull out drawers are really convenient. Hope it lasts as long as the Whirlpool we replaced (2006).

It is terrible

If you want your food to spoil or be stored at a variable temperature... anywhere between 67-39 degrees this is the fridge for you. I have had service techs come out 5 times and each time they replace parts and to no avail it continues to fluctuate in temperature. The upper ice maker melts and refreezes. However the bottom freezer is great.... the fridge part sucks. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I would even suggest to never buy any whirlpool product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful Refrigerator That Floods Your Kitchen

Purchased at HHGregg with the extended warranty, it leaked from the front in the first year.. The repair company could not find the leak. Fast forward to a flooded kitchen, twice, the extended warranty company sent out a technician that diagnosed the problem as a faulty drain line. I called Whirlpool and was told there were no known issues with this model. I was also told that because I did not have the Whirlpool extended warranty, they could not help me. Way to stand behind your top of the line refrigerator, Whirlpool. The moral of this review: If you intend to buy this model, gaze into your crystal ball and purchase from a company that will not go out of business, ONLY purchase the Whirlpool extended warranty, pray that you do not have the only other leaking model (Besides mine.) delivered to you and practice your surfing skills as you will need them when you enter the kitchen on a night that this refrigerator floods your kitchen. Last but not least, say goodbye to your beautiful custom cabinets, the flood water from the refrigerator will ruin
