Very Nice Refrigerator/Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this refrigerator for about a month now and are very happy with it. The only complaint is that the adjustable zone drawer doesn't have a button lock or the button could be up higher since the kids are always changing the settings on it. It has a lot of space, the freezer is well designed to store a lot of food and the two ice makers are great. Check all your dimensions though before ordering. The doors come off pretty easily if you know what you're doing, but they are very thick and definitely add a lot of depth to the refrigerator.

Getting use to French Doors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this two weeks ago & still getting use to the french doors & configuration of shelves. Plenty of room, but with drawers, shelf spacing is a little tight. Drawers are nice & close beautifully. Freezer has plenty of room, but opening & shutting drawer is a little clumsy.

Interesting features with trade offs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator to replace our Samsung French Door refrigerator. My wife wanted to return to Whirlpool and looked at this dual center drawer model and the single drawer model. She liked this model for the grandchildren. Using the left drawer for drinks and the right for fruits and vegetables. They function very well for that purpose and the grandchildren can easily access both. We also love the measure mode on the water dispenser.
Now the trade offs. The third draw option take space away from both the refrigerator and freezer sections. The larger ice maker in the refrigerator section on the left side basically nullifies the storage on the left refrigerator door. We don’t use much ice so this probably was not a good choice for us. The same is true for the second ice make in the freezer. Not needed for us.
One last complaint. On our Samsung when the temperature buttons were pressed it displays the current settings followed by the current temp in the freezer or refrigerator. Not this unit. At this price point this is expected. Shame Whirlpool.
In the end we decided to keep the Samsung and put it in the garage. Really needed the extra freezer space.

Great features, storage, and easy to understand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a couple weeks ago. First off, great features and appearance. Makes ice quickly and the double ice maker is great. Very happy with everything. Some observations.
- The ice cubes are about half the size of traditional ice. Still good, but noticeably smaller
- Water feed "chatters" if water pressure is too high. It does not tolerate high water pressure. Easy fix by adjusting the water valve
- No butter dish or storage! This one surprisingly is one we miss. We store a butter dish on the top shelf.
- The right (as you look at it) door shelves are crammed. i.e. If you use all three, a gallon milk jug will barely fit (you have to tilt it into the middle compartment). Tall bottles won't fit. We took out one shelf to make it easier to work with
