[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 2 weeks we have not experienced any problems. We love the double drawers and the dual icemakers. The inside organization of the shelves and drawers allow you to open only one door. The icemakers are a little slower than our previous one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

2 middle drawers and Large freezer area

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The of feature I do not like on this refrigerator is the water/ice button. I drink a lot of ice water and the button is not always responsive. It can get frustrating since I use it quite often.

I got my Whirlpool Refrigerator about 3 years ago (model WRV976FDEM) and i was very happy with it until recently. By the time problems started to happen it wasn't under warranty. First, the controls of the left drawer stopped working and the door ajar alarm started to beep constantly although all the doors were closed. I called a whirlpool certified technician (it cost me $110) and he said that main and the drawer boards needs to be replaced (parts $600 + labor $110). It turned out that replacing the boards does not fix the problems and I just wasted $110 for nothing. The technician came a couple of more times, but wasn't able to fix the problems. It even got worse, now the ice dispenser does not work, the temperature in the freezer is not low enough, panel constantly shows PO error ...
Whirlpool's customer service wasn't helpful at all. They say that the cost to fix all these problems is around $2000, but I am sure the refrigerator is not fixable. The sad part is that I really liked the refrigerator until these problems started to happen and i have to throw it away to limit my losses. I guess that is OK with whirlpool, they really don't care. By the way all my appliances are made by whirlpool.
Now I made my mind, just throw it away and stay away from whirlpool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new refrigerator especially the double ice maker which cones in handy this time of the year with our pets who love ice and family dropping over always enough. It’s also brute inside and plenty of room especially with the two extra drawers for cold items. The freezer is plenty big as well. Very happy with our purchase.
