I got this pot for Christmas and have made a few pots of soup in it. The bottom is nice and flat so it works well on my smooth cooktop. It cleans easily and food doesn’t stick on the bottom.

I received a set for a gift and added a few more pieces to make it perfect for my kitchen use. These pots and pans are great. Their quality is top notch. Heavy duty not light weight and flimsy. I’ve had no problems cleaning them at this point either. It does take a bit more thought not to let things stick coming from Teflon coated sets but it isn’t only a learning curve.
