love the water and ice in the door also that it has a water filter,cubed and crushed ice what more could you want?

Plesently surprised

We purchased this refrigerator a few weeks ago. After waiting for over 6 weeks for repairs to our old fridge never happened because they could not get the parts. We have been plesently surprised and very happy with our new Whirlpool, as it does in fact give much more room then our old fridge due to the indoor ice maker, which also works better then our old one. Overall, we have found this fridge to much better for our needs then our old on.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the bright interior!

Our old refrigerator had the same outside dimensions but seemed so much smaller inside. Our new Whirlpool side by side is so spacious and the ice maker on the door uses so much less freezer space. The freezer capacity is ideal. When we bring the groceries home we don't have to place half the frozen food in our chest freezer. This is so much more convenient. The LED lights are great! My husband says one word, "COLD" because our old side by side just wasn't as cold. The ice cream is kept just right and the milk is pleasantly cold.

Love our new Whirlpool fridge

We just remodeled our kitchen and purchased a Whirlpool Refrigerator (WRS537SIAB00). We love it. Great features, sleek design, cavernous space, great engineering on the interior. No issues so far. High praise.

This fridge continues to freeze food in the refrigerator even after it was serviced. I have been monitoring the freezer temperature and it ranges from -10C to 20C at times which is unacceptable. This is the third whirlpool fridge I have owned and 2 out of the 3 freeze food in the refrigerator. I will not be buying anymore whirlpool or Kenmore products!

Poor design

Ice dispenser: ice chute / actuator poorly designed,end up with ice missing glass & on the floor when glass pulled away. Crushed ice dispenser is useless; jams constantly.Door alignment: only one adjustment for right hand door and only vertically. Our doors have a half inch difference at the top and line up at the bottom like the right hand door is warped. Not impressed with this fridge.

not as good as I thought

I purchase this refrigerator and I was quite disapointed when it was leaking inside, the ice did not make and I had to call some service guys to check it and the water line was cracked had to order new parts for it still did not install them yet but once I do I hope it work fine
