Had another brand that had to be returned after 4 months. Replaced with the Whirlpool 27 cubic ft. Love the fact that you can easily remove the ice maker; Great LED lighting; only negative is loud icemaker

I bought this product on 11/26/2013. 3 of the inside drawers were broken. I contacted the store about the problem, they promised to order the replacement for me. It's been 6 weeks and the problem is still not resolved. Please help!

Bought about a month ago and all has been very good. The only thing I have to get used to is the water dispenser. The water does not cut off as quickly as my last fridge and I often leak water down the front.

We have had this refrigerator for about 2 months and it is great. The only issue I would have with it, is that the ice maker and water are somewhat noisy. Other than that, it is performing beautifully.

We really like our new side-by-side. The stainless steel exterior is easy to keep clean, the shelf arrangement is good in both the freezer and the refrigerator sides. I really love the water and ice in the door!

I absolutely love this side by side refrigerator. It is so spacious. I have been able to easily store all of my extra food during the holiday season, including a holiday ham and turkey. When I was shopping for a new fridge, I was very reluctant to buy another side by side because the one I had prior had very little space. The ice maker engulfed the top third of the freezer. This Whirlpool side by side has a wonderful indoor ice system that does not cause you to lose any freezer space. There are also three pull-out bins in the fridge that make organizing quite simple.Another feature that I absolutely love is the sturdy construction of the adjustable racks on both sides and in the doors. There are no flimsy wire racks in this unit. Even the door racks are well-built and roomy. I easily store two gallons of milk in one door rack, with quite a bit of space left over for other items.This side by side is quite appealing. It has a very sleek, clean line that is perfect for a contemporary home. Yet, it incorporates flawlessly with my very traditional furnishings. It is classic and sophisticated. Even my kids love it. The in-door ice and water dispenser is a hit with my kids. I have never seen them drink so much water. The in-door filter is also great because I save quite a bit of money every month on bottled water.I highly recommend this Whirlpool side by side refrigerator to anyone who is searching for a high-quality, spacious, beautifully designed unit. It is absolutely the best purchase I have made for my home thus far.
