So Easy

Have used TurboTax for last 15 years, and have never had a problem with my taxes, regardless of the changing nature of my tax situation. In fact, it seems to be getting easier.
What's great about it: Ease of state return makes it worthwhile

I really like turbo tax, I am sorry it had issues this year, but TT quickly took care of all the issues and corrected them none of them affected my tax return.
I woudl still highly reccomneed them after 10 years of using the product

I have been using Turbo Tax as long as I have had a computer. Easy to use. I like the tutorials and the help forums. WIll continue using the best tax program ever.
What's great about it: Easy to do. Written so that you do not have to be an accountant to understand/

Couldn't Be Easier!

I have been using TurboTax Deluxe for so many years, I honestly can't remember how long. Data entry is easy, especially those items that can be imported! The instructions and information are clear and easy to understand. One of the nicest features is the choice of either going through the various sections on your own, or being provided the step-by-step walk through. For so many years, I feel totally confident that all issues are addressed and I am getting the best refund possible.
What's great about it: The product is user-friendly - easy to understand and operate.
What's not so great: Can't really think of one!

Very user friendly. I liked that the program tracked where stopped last and picked up from there. Also easy to move back and forth through the program. That was nice. Other editions did not do either of those as well. Thank you. Great program.
