Great Help

I had some complex tax issues this year and Turbo Tax still got me through and saved me form paying a tax preparer.
What's great about it: Got through some complicated issues successfully
What's not so great: None

Good overall experience.
What's great about it: After getting all information together it went fast.
What's not so great: Before I filed it asked for Form 1116 Carry back or carry over statement explanation. The entry was blank so why ask?

Some of the explanation wording was awkward and I had a hard determining what was being referenced, particularly with the home purchases and the moving costs.
What's great about it: Pretty straight forward and easy to follow
What's not so great: Some to the explanation wording
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great software

Overall, I think Turbo Tax is a good product and will continue to use it.
What's great about it: Easy to follow even for a beginner. If using the same software each year it will copy in your prior year's info
What's not so great: I did have a problem switching between purchased software and online filing with turbotax last year

Turbo Tax Terrific

I have been using Turbo-Tax for the last 5-10 years and I absolutley love it. Quick and Easy! I have been recommending Turbo-Tax to my friends at work who still rely on a tax preparation service.
What's great about it: Easy Guide makes filing so easy
What's not so great: None

Easy to use. When there are new deductions it is easy to enter the correct info.

Really good or really locked in?

We had to file federal and in 3 states. Turbotax is indispensable! Really appreciate the interview process, as well as the ability to directly input/change info on the forms. However, feeling very locked in, especially when each additional of state software and filing fees start adding up!
What's great about it: import from last year makes taxes much easier
What's not so great: no way to change now
