Intuit is Intuitive

I love using TurboTax and recommend it all the time. It's so logical, and there's nothing I love more than logic!!
What's great about it: I love that it suggests things that are uncommon, so you don't have to fret as much about all the fine print.
What's not so great: I wish it gave more hints and shorter, easier explanations of some things.

Quick and EASY!

I absolutely detest doing taxes, though the pain is significantly reduced by TurboTax. You guys rock. Tell your dev team and tax specialists that they do a great job. I always am amazed at how the product only gets better each year.
What's great about it: Excellent guide to all the twists and turns of filing taxes
What's not so great: No Linux Version
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I owe the federal, but have a huge refund from the state, never happened before, but I'll take it, will use this $ to pay the federal, they allow a delay in payment, which is more convenient; so Turbo tax helped me arrange all of that, is good.
What's great about it: got it done at home in my pajamas when I had time
What's not so great: so many questions to answer, but I guess it is necessary

Still the Best of the Best

Been doing my taxes and my family's for two decades with TT. Tried a different software once on a friend's recommendation - BAD IDEA! TT is easiest to use but also the most precise.
What's great about it: Easy to follow through the questions, details if you're not quite sure, proven year after year.
What's not so great: The silly little "yeah, we know its taking longer than that" notes...

Complex a Snap

Had the most complex filing ever in all the years I've been doing it myself. Turbo Tax made it easy to do and very little time to do it. Before I started using Turbo Tax I would absolutely dread doing my returns. My family knew to stay clear of my office where I would lock myself and agonize over every detail. 2012 was the best yet. Loaded right up and did mine and my childrens in no time at all and best of all no agony over did I get it all right.
What's great about it: Simple do do
What's not so great: absolutely nothing
