OMB Taxable Income

I don't understand why I was walked through the taxable portion questions and answers on this portion oof my return when OMB had allready computed the offset. Did I do something wrong?

I have been using Turbo Tax for 7 to 8 years, and that should speak for itself. The first year I used the guided assistance, and from then on out used the 'do it yourself' route" and only looked at the areas I needed. I like that it brings forward prior years personal info and identifies prior year areas. Great product, great price, especially since five e-files are included. The only con is that the product takes so long to load each time, 10 to 15 minutes, plus 10 to 15 minutes to install updates. 8 stars out of 10 is my rating.
What's great about it: Easy to manuever, tax help when you need it

Makes Filing Easy

I have used Turbo Tax for years and every year I get through my returns without having to pay a tax expert. Thanks Turbo Tax.

Not a good thing

I haev used your product for years to do my family taxes. This year was the worst, wasted tons of paper to print copies and it was un eradable. Number for MN and Wi NOT correct. Finally had to download instructions to do forms manually
What's great about it: did like transfer of prior year returns
What's not so great: MN - Wi softwar being incorrect , printing was un readable , charged for file, then no filing

OK but minor glitches

In general, this was pretty painless. Sometimes there was too much effort to sell other products. The most annoying was a need to install an update right as I was filing. This added about 5 minutes to the process and the previous update was only a few days old. What if I had filed a few days earlier? Would my filing have been invalid?
What's great about it: Straightforward
What's not so great: Had to update program just as I was filing

Easy and fast!

Overall great program. I've been using Turbo Tax to file for over 12 years. I like how it pulls information from previous years so I don't have to enter the information more than once. It also has side by side comparison's from the previous tax period. Thanks Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Great for small business.
What's not so great: Sometimes the help explanations are vague when stuck on a question.
Pros: I had a baby, I bought or sold investments
