Taxes made simple

It is just as easy to enter your information into turbotax vs giving the info to a preparer. It asks all the questions as simply or detailed as you need. I believe anyone of any skill level can do their own taxes with TurboTax
What's great about it: Anyone can use Turbo tax
What's not so great: None for me

Easier and Easier

Been using Turbo Tax for years, and it's become more user friendly each time. Pluses are carry over of previous years info, remembers if you qualified for certain rebates etc, format remains the same. Cons are still when you have a specific question there is not always a booklet to look stuff up but instead a posting board. Also, difficult to know if your are saving info as you go along.
What's great about it: Carries over last year info, maximizes refunds
What's not so great: not enough info on how to save as you go along for those computer illiterate

Quick and Easy to my Refund

I used to do my taxes by hand and it took me a couple of hours now online it takes less than an hour. That quick and it i all done and with e-file it speeds up the process for my refunds! With all the automatic updating it does you don't need to worry if you are missing something! I will not do my taxes any other way again!

Smooth process, but...

When paying for my state return e-file, I tried to use info from my existing TurboTax acct. However, my RoboForm program listed your site as not trusted. Something needs to be fixed.
