i luv turbotax...so easy

turbotax makes my life so easy each year. it pulls up my previous return, then downloads latest W2 and bank info online. Check a few new items each year then boom. taxes submitted and done. luv it!!!!!
What's great about it: super easy to use, finished my taxes in less than 1 hour

the answer I thought: so she lived 3 months away and 9 months with you. But it was suppose to be 9 months away and 3 months lived with you....
What's great about it: EVERYTHING was great
What's not so great: Questions were almost rhetorical with the way the question was phrase

What's great about it: Very detailed, walks you through it

Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I use Quickbooks for recording all of our transactions, and print a report that includes all tax-related items. This I compare to 1099's, and am then ready to fill out the return worksheets. Takes just 3-4 hours.
If some data isn't final (late 1099's), I can put in estimates, and update later.
e-filing is super-easy - with iPhone App to keep track of IRS and State acceptance and refund status.
529 account input section, in AZ State return, still has to be answered dishonestly - I have to say I "DO" have a 529 account to enter legitimate deductibles contributions even though the 529 accounts are not mine.
What's great about it: Logically steps through each area of my Fed & State returns.
What's not so great: Can't print any input pages. Technical correction inputs go unanswered and un-corrected.

I have used Turbo Tax every year for the past 11 years and always have a great experience. Easy to use, reliable and makes me feel like I did a good and accurate job
What's great about it: Easy, reliable comprehensive
What's not so great: None

I have used Turbo Tax for year. It is simple to use and will walk you through th eprocess. I have nover had a problem and the program improves each year.
