Listed above. I also had trouble in deleting the third account for thye refund. Also, I list 6 grandchildren in my 529 Edvest account for the state and turbo tax only gives me 5 spaces. Need to add one more space.
What's great about it: easy rev1ews and helps in a step by step method.
What's not so great: couldn't locate the value of clothing and household items estimates.

Simple Money Saver

We have had our taxes done the past few years and decided to do it ourselves to save money this year. The questions were easy to understand and the process was easy to follow. We knew our deductions and had our figures ready, so plugged the numbers into Turbo Tax rather than pay to have someone else do it for us.
What's great about it: Thorough, Easy to Follow
What's not so great: Having to pay extra to efile state
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What a Relief!

I found TurboTax to be a complete solution to filing my taxes. It covered areas I would have never known about. Saved me big $$ and got me a great refund!
What's great about it: Easy to navigate, very thorough - Got my refund!
What's not so great: No cons

I don't like having to pay for the direct deposit which you don't know about after paying for the program and having to pay for the State return. With there being all kinds of free filing and I have been faithful customer PURCHASING my Turbotax copy each year there should be some advantage.

Peace of Mind

I have used Turbo Tax for about 8 years. It gives me peace of mind to know Turbo Tax will walk me through every possible scenario. Our tax situation has changed dramatically during this time and using Turbo Tax gives me the peace of mind that no matter what changes, my taxes will be right. I will get the maximum refund I'm due. All I have to do is answer the questions truthfully and I'm assured the return will be accurate and complete.
What's great about it: Confidence in the product

AFTER WATCHING A TAX CONSULTANT DO MY TAXES, IT APPEARS THEY USE A SIMILAR PROGRAM TO TURBO TAX. THEREFORE, IT SEEMS MUCH CHEAPER TO PROCESS MY OWN TAXES

Been using Turbo Tax for years. Simple, easy to use and keeps info on your computer to import the next year making it easy to track IRS basis, etc.
What's great about it: steps you thru each form
What's not so great: hard to clear forms you don't use
Pros: I bought or sold investments
