Turbo Tax 2012

Have used Turbo Tax for many years. I am a very satisfied customer.
Product is easy to use and walks me through preparation, checks, and results.
Easy to file Federal forms electronically but charges for State which is very frustrating.
On-line product was preferred given ease of use and no wasted packaging but was more expensive.
Would like some year-to-year comparison tools to check status over time.

What's great about it: Quick and easy tax prep
What's not so great: Charge for State Filing. Minimal year-to-year comparison tools.

simple and easy to follow and has easy to understand questions and references if you need additional information.
What's great about it: simple and easy to follow instructions and automatic updates always keep you up to speed with latest changes

FLEW RIGHT THRU MY TAX RETURN

I HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR MANY YEARS AND APPRECIATE YOUR UPDATES THAT YOU CONTINUE TO MAKE EACH YEAR.THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS WITH MY SS # WHICH I ENTERED INCORRECTLY.I WAS SURPRISED THAT TURBO TAX DIDN'T PICK UP THIS ERROR SINCE IT WAS CORRECT ON MY W2.
What's great about it: VERY EASY TO FILE AND QUESTINS WERE EASY TO FOLLOW
What's not so great: I ENTERED A WRONG SS NUMBER BUT THE RIGHT ONE WAS ON THE W2.THERE WAS NO FLAG TO TELL ME ABOUT THIS ERROR

Very good product

Good product; I've used it for several years and plan to use it again next year
What's great about it: transferred all my data from previous years and very friendly format; easy to go back and add items later
What's not so great: the opportunities to print almost too frequent; I'd like to be reminded that I can print after e-filing;

Great Experience

I had income from 2 different states this year. Turbo tax helped me work through the unusual situation with ease. I love that I can set the amount owed to debit right from my checking account on a specific date. It really helps with budgeting my money. Thanks Turbo Tax!

Takes out the worry

I have been a user for many years and a constant advocate of the program. It takes a little bit to set up but once you do the continuity from year to year makes the program easy to use and to pass on through family. Life changes are easily tracked and having all the documentation available makes other tasks, like loans, much easier to apply for.
What's great about it: Step by step meansnot having to remember everything from year to year while still giving you the control.
What's not so great: How to walk back through a completed form (like state taxes) is not intuitive.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

"Leveled Paying Field"

I have been a long time user of Turbo Tax and totally satisfied with the ease and efficiency offered throughout the process. I will continue to use Turbo Tax and have and will continue to strongly recommend Turbo Tax to my family and friends!
What's great about it: Greatly assisted the identification of new equipment depreciation and recommended them! Turbo Tax user for many years!
What's not so great: None
