Beyond expectations!

I always dread doing our taxes, but once I sit down and start Turbotax up and start doing them I wonder why I have waited so long. Each year the program gets better, doesn't miss any decutions and then verifys that you didn't.

Love Turbo Tax

I love it, but I wish there were a way to triple check the numbers I enter. I do, but wish every employer sent forms that Turbo tax could "read."
What's great about it: easy, thorough

The same great product year after year

I've used TurboTax for years and it's always the same, great product year after year. It thoroughly covers all scenarios in an easy to follow format. I love how fast I can get all my taxes done even though I itemize and then just hit a button to file them. Usually have both my federal and state refunds in a week.
What's great about it: Quick and thorough step-by-step guide, very easy to switch to forms when needed
What's not so great: Have to dig a bit if something isn't making sense, but after digging I did find all the info I needed in TurboTax

Your own personnal CPA

I am a CPA who works mostly in corporations and not in tax practice, though I have in the past. I have used Turbo Tax for my personnel taxes for over a decade and would not use any other program. It is an easily understood tax program that takes the stress out of your personnel tax preparation. It provides an import of your prior year information that helps you reveiw the current year as you do it. This helps in accuracy. It has built in checkers that are a big help in aleviating errors. This is a 10 star tax program.
What's great about it: Ease of use, Accuracy, Good help

Turbotax comes through again

TurboTax has made my tax prep easy and quick. I had one issue this year and had to call Customer service. They were able to help me through a unique tech situation. They were very helpful and polite.
