Have used for years, but i have concerns

I have used and loved TurboTax for years. I love that my information is totally transferrable each year, and that i have a continual frame of reference of what to expect. I would continue using it for years, except i'm concerned about the cost. It's climbing. Every year. There are more affordable options out there and this year my brother switched over. I'm tempted to try it next year. You may lose me as a customer if I find their experience to be equivalent to yours. I know the first year will be an adjustment, but it might be worth the cost. Saving $70 in times like these is enough of an incentive for me to spend a little time if there is a $$ payoff.
What's great about it: Easy to use, clear instructions
What's not so great: Every year the cost goes up

Taxes made easy!

For those of you with failry uncomplicated finances, I highly recommend it.
What's great about it: I'm not all that financially savy and I have been filing with Turbo Tax for about 5 years. User friendly and intuitive.
What's not so great: Can't think of any.

have used for years. mine is not a complicated return but i find it seamless and effortless and rely upon it to walk me through any combination of analyses or just cut straight to chase.

Very helpful. Best tool if you plan to file on own. Otherwise the tax system is impossible to navigate.
