Always a breeze

I've used turbo tax for over 10 years and have always maximized my refund with ease of understanding and filing.
What's great about it: Makes it easy, limited prep costs
What's not so great: Can't open two returns at once.

Easy to use

If you've used TurboTax in the previous year, it will pull all of your pertinent data, such as last years refunds, and daycare/bank information, so you don't have to enter it again. Just verify and move on.
What's great about it: The wizard walks you through, making it easy.
What's not so great: I had to add a few items that it didn't pull from last years forms

My Turbo Tax experience

i have been using turbo tax for years. i rather purchase it than doing the online because you never know when a friend or a family member may need help with their taxes. also i get scared i may forget my user name and password. i just feel its best to have it on my lap top that never remove from my home.
What's great about it: i love it. it is super easy and it takes you step by step
What's not so great: only thing is that you have to return and accept it again and i tend to forget

I have been using for over 8 years now. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Easy to use even with rental properties and stock portfolio.
What's great about it: Simple, straight forwarded, easy to use especially year over year

Makes Taxes Almoat Painless

I have been using Turbotax for 10 years and will continue. It makes the chore much easier, especially with the Federal dumping info into the state forms. I do find taking credit for taxes paid in DE to PA is a little confusing. I like having the backup spread sheets to tally all my local taxes and charitable deductions and finally creating a pdf for archiving.
What's great about it: Step by Step follow through, Data transmitted to states
What's not so great: Credit for taxes paid to State 1 to State 2 not easy to figure out.
